At Bracelets By Mesi, each bracelet is uniquely handcrafted with care, intention, and creativity. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we have the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size, or style preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at galreliasmiracle@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we will gladly offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement (if possible, given stock and materials), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must:

• Be in their original, unused condition.

• Be returned in original packaging (if applicable).

• Be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Slight variations in color, texture, or design (these are part of the handmade process).

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

6. Processing Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
