2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the US.

  • Standard processing time:  3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Approved returns must be sent back in original, unused condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
